This circumstance has made significant adjustments to furniture production, since the management of factories, in order to achieve commercial success and receive maximum income, is forced to focus on the realities of current market demand, and not engage in the implementation of luxurious, butlittle in demandprojects. From these considerations it becomes clear why the dining rectangular tables are extremely popular and are readily bought up by owners of various types of real estate.

It is not difficult to analyze what exactly causes the preferences of each of them:

1. Owners of apartments in city multi-storey buildings of old layouts experience serious difficulties with the distribution of available free floor space due to its minimalism. In small kitchens and rooms it is not only difficult to develop the full flight of design thought aimed at creating a harmonious and pleasing overall picture, but even to ensure the placement of the most necessary things for normal life, without creating a cramped space that restricts movement even when moving from one point to another.
